5. Setup Requests and Onboarding
After selecting a plan and completing payment, customers may be required to provide setup details such as domain name, blog or organization name, admin email, logo, contact information, and other information needed to prepare the website. Setup timelines may vary depending on the completeness of the information provided, domain readiness, DNS propagation, and the selected plan.
6. Custom Domains and DNS
Customers are responsible for owning or controlling any domain name submitted for use with Cyvento. Domain connection may require DNS changes through the customer's domain registrar or DNS provider. DNS changes can take time to propagate, and Cyvento is not responsible for delays caused by domain providers, incorrect DNS records, expired domains, registrar restrictions, or third-party domain issues.
7. Content Ownership
Customers retain ownership of the content they create, upload, or submit to their Cyvento-powered website. By using Cyvento, you grant Cyvento a limited license to host, display, store, process, and manage your content only as needed to provide the platform and related services.
8. Customer Content Rules
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules. Cyvento may restrict, suspend, or remove access to websites or content that appear to involve spam, abuse, illegal activity, harmful material, security risk, or repeated policy violations.
9. Payments, Plans, and Subscriptions
Cyvento offers paid plans that may include setup fees, recurring subscription fees, or managed support fees. Payment is completed through the available payment options shown during checkout. Access to services may depend on successful payment confirmation, active subscription status, and compliance with these Terms.
10. Renewals, Suspension, and Cancellation
Customers are responsible for keeping subscriptions active where recurring billing applies. If a subscription expires, remains unpaid, or violates these Terms, Cyvento may suspend or restrict access to the related website or admin area. Cancellation requests may be submitted through the available contact or support channels.
11. Third-Party Services
Cyvento may work with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, domain registrars, DNS providers, hosting infrastructure, or security services. Cyvento is not responsible for outages, policy changes, delays, fees, or service failures caused by third-party providers.
12. Google Analytics and Tracking
Where analytics support is available, customers may connect their own Google Analytics Measurement ID or related tracking tools. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of analytics, cookies, tracking scripts, and visitor notices complies with applicable privacy laws and requirements in their jurisdiction.
13. Availability and Changes
Cyvento aims to provide a stable and reliable platform, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, security events, hosting provider issues, or third-party service interruptions may affect availability. Cyvento may update, improve, remove, or modify platform features when necessary.
